New Year, New You?
Yeah, I know, it’s been a while. I really hope everyone had a great year in 2016 and if you didn’t, not to worry, this year’s your chance!
Even though I’m really not one for New Year’s resolutions, this year, I do plan on giving my blog a little extra TLC. Whether it be new recipes I share or a journaling outlet describing my ever so exciting daily activities. Sarcasm aside, I do plan on taking full advantage of this New Year to become a person who radiates positivity. I normally am a positive person but since I’ve been at university and have encountered difficulties adjusting to my new environment my peppy attitude has taken a bit of a toll. However, I am determined to change that this year and I want to use my blog to help me achieve my goal.
Perhaps you have the same New Year’s resolution as I do or maybe yours is totally different. If you’d like to share yours with me I’d love to hear about it! If it deals with nutrition or health I would love to do my very best to help you achieve those goals by exploring the topic on the blog. Even if it’s completely different, I can always do some research on whatever it is you wish to achieve.
If you don’t have a New Year’s resolution, that’s 100% okay!! Normally, I don’t. I think a resolution can be determined at any point in the year, month, week or day. If you want to make a change, just do it. Today is your day to make a change if you’re unhappy in your current life. Yes, some things are out of your control but if you are unhappy, find the source causing your negative feelings and make a change for the better. By doing so, you won’t need to force yourself to become a more positive person, your new-found happiness will naturally channel inner positivity, which will radiate to others around you.
